Mi è piaciuto Very friendly and accommodating host. Extremely peaceful and private, and a beautiful area. Lots of different birds and wildlife. Great location for walks, pubs, villages and areas of interest. Can fish in your own lake, or book a riding lesson/hack. Great to have an outdoor firepit and a bbq for the evenings. Shower was nice and warm and quite powerful.

Non mi è piaciuto Although it feels lovely and rustic and meant to feel basic and ‘get away from it all’, the cabin could do with some tlc and little touches to make it feel more loved and clean.

Mi è piaciuto The wide space, the beautiful setting, the wildlife, the very well thought out facilities and the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. It's very peaceful and quiet, away from it all but a near enough drive to beaches and towns. We're a family with older children but they still loved the woods, rope swings and hammock. Great to cook on and sit around an open fire and a lovely pub that did yummy food in walking distance. We were lucky enough to see a buzzard everyday, an owl in flight at dusk and a deer running across a field and so many stars! Beautiful walks in the area too. We're already making plans to return!
