N'a pas aimé The facilities were very disgustingly dirty; no toilet paper any time; and the service that the staff gives. The experience was terrible with one of the staff member. Just arriving at the parcel, he came to us and yelled at us reassuring that we drove faster than 5km/h. I was very sure I was not that fast he kept yelling at us saying we are liars and the look was very threatening. First of all, I understand that if guests are driving above the permitted speed, one can receive a warning, but that man was rude from instance one. He did not even introduce himself as staff so we thought it was a neighbor staying there. If you think about customer experience and how to treat guests, this is very bad. Regardless of driving fast or not, this should not be the how first warnings are given in such a place and the manners were not the adequate. Secondly, curiously enough, we were a group of International people. When this staff member approached to me, not a Dutch speaker, the said staff member was very loud and rude, when later on, of my Dutch friends approached to him, he was not that loud towards him. Besides, another group of Dutch people were partying and drinking heavily (not sure the location) and we could hear them and their music. We were not bothered but they did NOT get any warnings. They were definitely many more than us. Finally, the owner keeps lying about us not paying for the people who visited us. Every single person who visited us paid 3€ to visit us for at least 1h. Every one who slept there paid for the parcel and fees. It is quite sad that the owner of the place makes such personal comments on google reviews. It just speaks for itself and I wish you all the Wisdom😉 in running this business on a better way because after my experience and reading all the unhappy customers you have had, you are definitely not doing a good job.

Réponse du gestionnaire : Dag Ghislaine, Jij en je gezelschap bevestigen andermaal dat wij géén groepen en al zeker geen jongeren willen ontvangen. We hebben er spijt van voor jullie een uitzondering te hebben gemaakt. Je zou met 5 personen komen omdat je wist dat wij geen groepen ontvangen en nodigt vervolgens doodleuk nog 10 man als "bezoek" uit. En dan lekker beschonken vooral alleen om jezelf denkend en absoluut géén rekening houdend met overige gasten overlast veroorzaken, muziek, aan slagbomen trekken en ga zo maar door. Als we dit soort gezelschappen toch eens sterren mochten geven....
