A aimé We liked our grass pitch and close proximity to the showers and toilets. We were able to get a good signal for the TV. Local buses were not far from the site and we left the van at the pitch to save driving or parking in Clacton or Colchester. I liked the individual wash basins in the shower block.

N'a pas aimé A lot of road noise but we didn’t hear it when we were in bed. The facilities, although very clean, were dated. Only 2 showers per block, not enough if the site was full.

A aimé A great welcome from Richard, Tina and Hendrix. A peaceful setting, close enough to Snape Maltings to walk to. Great sized pitch. Hot, modern showers. Extremely clean loos. Well maintained. This site is in its infancy but, once completed, it will everything a camper will need.

N'a pas aimé Not enough showers and toilets when site is busy, no hot water in wash-up area but watch this space, they are on their way.

A aimé We loved the pitch, the cleanliness, the quietness, the bus stops nearby, the ease of accessing the site on arrival.

N'a pas aimé The showers in the block closest to our pitch were lukewarm, after 2 days when they were just the same, we tried the ones in another block and they were great. Internet was never available!

It’s great to hear you loved the pitch, cleanliness, peaceful setting, nearby bus stops and easy arrival process. We’re sorry one of the shower blocks was not as warm as expected during your stay. Sometimes the showers simply need running for a little longer to bring the hot water through, but we’re glad the other block was working well for you. Regarding internet, Wi-Fi is not advertised as a site facility at Lebberston, as signal can vary depending on pitch location, device and the caravan itself. A aimé We liked this site a lot. It was lovely and quiet. Level grass pitch, very neat and tidy. Showers and toilets were very clean, we especially liked the shower rooms containing a loo and sink with a mirror and a seat and somewhere to hang your clothes without them getting wet. Great washing up area, under cover, 5 sinks with hot water. A 10-15 minute walk to the main road to bus stops. Great view over Chesil Beach. The staff were pleasant and gave us a wave every morning.

N'a pas aimé The taps were very hard to press down on the sinks, maybe easier for a young person but I really struggled even when I used both hands on top of each other.

A aimé The lady at reception gave a warm welcome and quickly explained where our pitch was. The bus stops was right outside the site, which made life easy getting to Lyme Regis or Bridport. The grass pitch was level. As we were only there for 2 nights, we didn’t use any other facilities except the shop for milk. It appeared to be well stocked.

N'a pas aimé We disliked the cleanliness of the showers/toilets. These were very dated, and although we saw the cleaners in them in the morning, it wasn’t thorough cleaning, just a wipe over. The loos did not appear to be checked over during the day which they definitely needed. We were there for only 2 nights, half way through September. I dread to think what they would be like in peak season. The wash-up area (3 sinks) appeared not to be cleaned during our stay.

A aimé What do mature people want from a campsite? First and foremost clean toilets and showers - the ones at Beverley Park were immaculate. A credit to the cleaning team. Well done! We asked to be moved from a muddy pitch to a hard standing, paid a small amount to swap, and changed to a flat dry pitch. Much better for when we had 40+ mile an hour winds and deluged with rain later that night. Thanks to reception! All the facilities were good. We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food. Great views over Torbay. Bus stop’s just outside the camp. We used our bus passes to go the nearby towns. We loved our time there.

N'a pas aimé The grassed areas were very churned up by vehicles and there was mud everywhere, no fault of the campsite.
