Liked The Galleon staff were brilliant and really went the extra mile with service.

Disliked Multiple broken toilets and our pitch was opposite a blocked elson. This was eventually cleared but still not the best pitch.

Liked Pitch management guys were brilliant, contacted us prior to the stay and were really cheerful and helpful during our stay, can't big them up enough. The washroom facilities were kept clean and showers were lovely and hot.

Disliked We had been told we could take our dog anywhere in the bar area but not the entertainment area and that is fair enough. My wife went down to the bar with our dog and double checked it was OK and was told no problem, so she bought a drink and sat down at a table. Half way through her drink and with our dog asleep under the table, she was told by a member of staff she would have to leave. She was forced to finish her drink outside in the cold, not good service at all and really tainted an otherwise good stay.

Liked The tent was set up with everything you could want, it was very clean and the toilets and shower blocks were kept nice for all users. The site was very dog friendly which is brilliant. The owners were very friendly and helpful.
