Positiv Absolutely loved the campsite throughout. The choice of pitches, all amazing and beautifully spaced away from each other to give privacy. Very clean and organised. Everything you need on site The couple who run it live in the cottage by the entrance, are so friendly and helpful. Wildlife was incredible. 2 types of owl, buzzards, firecrests and gold crests, butterflies in the hundreds and a muntjac deer walked through the middle of the site in the early evening. Also great location to visit lots of incredible historical sites. Lovely food and great landlord at the pub a short walk through countryside.

Positiv Everything. So peaceful, incredible views. Clean toilets. Great walks on doorstep whether a quick stroll or a hike. The owner was so lovely and friendly and full of ideas about where to head.

Negativ Advertise 3 dogs included. When arrived said only 2 dogs and charge for dog. Not what advertised. We’re able to show advertising. Only later after another unfortunate incident did they say they were not going to charge us for the dogs. 😵. Owners a bit manic. Need to relax with campers.

Vom Platzbetreiber: Thank you for your feedback, it wasn’t a great start when you tried to smuggle your three dogs without paying 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ as for manic owners, not sure where you come from , your wife or girlfriend decided to drive to the toilet every time? Which was approximately 80 feet from your pitch. and as for being on the perimeter of the campsite, most people like to be there, not sure what your problem was.????
