喜欢 Nice quiet site, the little shop was very good and the selection of beer was top notch. The night we stayed there was a pizza van which was excellent, would throughly recommend. Toilets/shower were good and kept very clean. Walkable into town, the cathedral was amazing but it was a Monday when we were there and very little was open...

喜欢 Very pleasant site, pitches were a good size with hedges around for privacy. There weren't many toilets, I think it was 3 for the whole site and they were mixed gender. There was a separate wash room for male/female but there was only 1 shower in each. Nice and clean though. Swimming pool looked good but we didn't use it.

不喜欢 Electric point was 'through' a hedge which meant I had to walk quite a long way and across another pitch to plug in and disconnect - not a major issue.

喜欢 We really enjoyed Camping Batenstein, the pitch was a great size and there was plenty of room between pitches so you didn't feel crowded. The facilities were really clean and the showers were amazing. Yes, you paid for a token but it was worth it for a decent shower where you didn't need to keep pressing a button. Didn't use the Wifi but it was a great 5g signal on the phone. We left our motorhome here and walked to the train station - an easy 15 min walk at most - and caught the train to Zaanse Schans, Amsterdam and Gouda. So much easier than worrying about parking etc. Trains were really frequent and nice and cool.

喜欢 The site was very peaceful and the pitch was of a good size with the electricity nearby. There was no motorhome service point though. The facilities were ok, not as modern as some but were always clean.

不喜欢 The only downside was that the bar/restaurant closed at 6pm on the Saturday and wasn't open until 11am on the Sunday by which time we'd left. It would have been nice to have sat outside and had a drink or food there

喜欢 A great site for exploring the area. The pitches were a good size and spaced out so even though it was pretty busy it didn't feel like it. The electric points are spread about so you need to make sure you have a long cable in case you are between 2 points. Excellent mobile coverage for streaming if that's your thing. Staff were very friendly and even though we made a mistake and hadn't actually booked our 3rd night were very polite about it. The facilities were very good and were kept very clean.

喜欢 The site was really well kept, the shower blocks were immaculate and really good quality. The size of the pitch was great with plenty of room between neighbours. Great TV signal and brilliant mobile phone signal - O2 and Vodafone.

喜欢 We stayed for 2 really relaxing nights on our way back through France. We really enjoyed this site and had a lovely relaxing time. We were pitched in a small area separate from the main site which meant it was really quiet and away from anyone else, there was a motorhome and a caravan with us the first night but we were alone the next night. The indoor swimming pool was a good size for a campsite and wasn't too busy even in August although you do need to remember to take your budgie smugglers. The bar & restaurant was really good and we ate there both nights. Worth a stroll into the village, there is a lovely bar for a drink and if you time it right the patisserie will be open

喜欢 This site was great and a welcome relief after a long drive across the alps. The pitches were quite spacious and you were given the choice of where to pitch. Luckily given the weather many of them were in shade which was ideal for us and our dogs. The restaurant was great, some of the best pizzas I've had and the beer and spritzes were very good. If we are back in the area we will definitely stay again.

不喜欢 The pitches weren't level so needed ramps but this is a minor dislike.

喜欢 What a great little site! The host, Kate, was brilliant and gave incredible directions to ensure people don't get lost - if you can't find your way in with those you are probably from the 19th century! The site is really relaxed and we were given a choice of where to pitch up. We chose to overlook The Wrekin but the Weir view was also great. We rented a firepit and a truckload of wood along with kindling and newspaper to get it going - that was great for when the sun had gone down and it turned a bit chilly. Their shower is going to be a talking point but definitely try it - one of the best I've used. Good wifi and good mobile internet.

喜欢 Cosawes is ideally located for a trip down to Falmouth, Truro or many of the lovely villages in Cornwall. The pitches are spacious and well-separated with a small hedge between them. The toilets and showers were excellently maintained and clean and warm throughout our trip. The site was very quiet but it was mid March when we stayed so can't comment on what it is like in peak season but would recommend it. There is a secure field opposite for walking/exercising dogs.

喜欢 What a great site! A lovely intro to all the animals from Ken along with directions to the Waskerley Way to take the dogs for a walk and some recommendations for take aways that would deliver. The washroom was more like a hotel than a campsite, they were kept very clean and the shower was up there with ones in hotels - I wish more sites had this type of shower! The games room/kitchen was a fantastic idea with plenty to keep children young and old occupied with a pool table, table tennis and big tv with dvds. Although we didn't use the kitchen it would be ideal for those that either don't have the cooking facilites in smaller vans/tents. TV and phone signal was fantastic too.

喜欢 The site was really well laid out with electricity and water at each pitch. There was plenty of room between pitches and the views were amazing but when full you may be looking at another van. The showers were brilliant, nice and warm and very clean. We did eat at the pub one night and the food was fantastic. The beer was great and then even seem packs of dog snacks for your four legged friends.

不喜欢 Pub may not be open late every night and the bar area that allows dogs is quite small - only minor complaints.

喜欢 The site was a lot bigger than we expected and although the pitches were quite large they were very close together. Electricity and water were all close to hand which was really nice so no trudging across a field to fill up with water. The showers were very good with plenty of room to get dressed, there could be a queue at times as there were only 2 male showers and it wasn't obvious where the unisex ones were. The sinks just had hot water. The site did get a bit loud through the evening but generally it went quiet after 10. It's a nice easy walk down to the beach, which was gorgeous, and gave us the opportunity to watch some seals. If you are planning on eating at the pub I would recommend calling to book a table.

不喜欢 We were right on a corner near the toilet/shower blocks which did mean we had children riding their bikes past almost constantly.

喜欢 I wish all sites were like Wantisden, it was quiet and clean with plenty of space between the pitches. The shower block was amazing, the showers were huge with so much room to get changed without your clothes getting wet and were kept immaculate through the day. There were plenty of paths to walk our dogs and loads of wild life to see - deer, rabbits and weasels. We will definitely stay again next time we're in Suffolk

喜欢 Arrival and check in at Portesham was simple, drive up and you are let in by number plate recognition. The map and details sent prior to arrival made it easy to find the pitch and get set up. The pitch was a nice size, level and not boggy with the electric and water in the corner of the pitch. The showers and toilets were excellent and kept immaculate through our stay. It was reasonably busy but there was never a queue for either. We didn't try the pizza but it looked good and there were plenty of customers. We did try the pub in the village which we can also recommend. The site itself was nice and peaceful despite being quite busy and the Euros being on. It is on a main road so there is road noise but nothing some ear plugs can't fix.

喜欢 A lovely site with flat pitches. The site is split into 3 fields so although there were a good number of pitches it always felt much smaller. The facilites were excellent - the showers were amazing - and were kept immaculate. The village of Hartland is small but has a couple of shops for essentials and 3 pubs - we only went to the Hart Inn but highly recommend it and advise you book.

喜欢 Our stay at Burton Springs was great, despite the rain the entrances to the fields were easy to navigate as there were mats down which meant no-one was getting stuck. Kirsty met us and directed us to our pitch and explained where all the facilities were. The showers and toilet block was brilliant with each shower being self contained with a toilet and sink. There was very rarely a queue to get in these and they were kept very clean being mopped out almost consistently through the day by Adam & Kirsty. We don't fish but the lakes looked really good and were nice to walk around with the dog. Plenty to do locally - St Audries Bay is a must for a visit and I would recommend going to the Babbling Brook for a few drinks and a meal.
