不喜欢 Horrible to get to. Owners provide directions on their email but they weren’t clear. We took a very long detour on terrifying roads no wider than the van. No sign of owners or anyone else while we were there.

We did stop by a few times to welcome you, but didn't want to disturb you when we saw the van was closed up, so we assumed you were either out or resting. 喜欢 Lovely peaceful location, friendly welcome

不喜欢 This site - or rather the roads to it - are not suited to anything bigger than a Campervan. The first signposted turning to the site - in the village of Altarnun - is impossible. It’s a steep and narrow hill with a house on a right angle bend. We turned in and realised that we wouldn’t make it up and round, so backed out onto the main road. A passing driver told us a lorry had recently been wedged on the bend for two days, and offered to show us the other entrance. We followed her for a few miles down lanes that were barely any wider than our van. The site has a sign pointing up that very tight hill - it’s extremely misleading and should clearly state nothing bigger than a car.

喜欢 One of the better Park Deans we have been to. Well kept, friendly staff, lots of facilities.

不喜欢 The chemical toilet disposal. Absolutely disgusting. Needs completely replacing and closing off inside its own shed. It’s currently very unpleasant and open to the elements - the idea that kids could get near it doesn’t bear thinking about. It is for this reason I’ve marked Ty Mawr down on hygiene.

喜欢 Really lovely park - well landscaped, felt like a proper escape.

不喜欢 Cold showers however the new block is very nice. Sauna and hot tub closed on arrival - should put times on the website.

喜欢 Beautiful woodland setting. Spotless modern shower and toilet facilities. Modern laundry facilities. Easy check in. Convenient for Inverness. Peaceful. Excellent WiFi - however the password was tricky to find as it had worn off the sign on our pitch. Good customer service.

不喜欢 Tricky access for a longer vehicle around the site, especially to access the water which is tucked away and needs a lot of manoeuvring in and out. A sign to it would be helpful too. Probably much easier in a smaller van.

不喜欢 Slightly uppity guy on reception who told me off for here I parked rather than welcome me as I came through the door.

喜欢 Nice enough site, pub onsite (old fashioned but friendly and cheap)

不喜欢 Washing machine swallowed our coins. Site is more tatty than the website suggests.

喜欢 Quirky place, friendly owners, and particularly enjoyed being near a stable of donkeys at Christmas!

不喜欢 Awkward to get in - anything over 7m will struggle to get in and out. We are 7.5m and it felt very hairy.

喜欢 Pleasant site attached to a pleasant pub!

不喜欢 Some of the pitches are tricky to get into with a longer vehicle, without going on the grass, which we were trying to avoid during to the bad weather.

不喜欢 The site itself is a bit tired, and it’s a narrow track to access.

喜欢 Easy to find, clean toilets, good communication. Nice pub nearby, via a walk through a vineyard.

不喜欢 The top field is for small campers and tents only - you’ll have no chance of getting a larger motorhome in it. Check when booking.

喜欢 Really nice site set among several pretty fishing lakes. Good family atmosphere. Nice cafe onsite. Showers and toilets basic but clean. Staff friendly. Walking distance to Deal.

不喜欢 We were there for three days and for the duration there was a big pile of bottles next to the bins. It’s a shame as the site was perfect otherwise.
