We're sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the electric. Our **Electric Optional Grass Tent Pitch** gives guests the option at checkout to add electric to their booking for an additional charge. If the electric option isn't selected and paid for during the booking process, the pitch will be non-electric, as stated when making the reservation.

If there had been electric availability when you arrived, we would of course have been more than happy to offer it to you and add it to your stay. Unfortunately, this isn't always possible depending on availability.

We completely understand that the electric option may have been overlooked when booking, and we're sorry for any disappointment this caused. Our team are always happy to help with any questions about pitches or bookings before or during a stay.

We're pleased you enjoyed our location and found our staff friendly, and we hope to welcome you back to Penisar Mynydd Caravan Park again in the future.

喜欢 Our first experience camping and what a lovely one it was. Very friendly owners, welcoming and happy to help. Small, family run site with very clean facilities. I honestly can’t fault it!

不喜欢 We were pitched roadside, didn’t bother me because the road was pretty quiet but the farm behind had some rather loud animals on there. No reflection of the site though.

We're pleased the roadside pitch didn't cause you any problems and that you enjoyed the peaceful location overall. As for the noisy farm animals—we're afraid that's one of the joys of being in the beautiful Welsh countryside! 🐄🐑 We certainly can't take credit (or blame!) for those sounds, but we appreciate you recognising that they were outside the campsite's control.

喜欢 Hosts are lovely, can’t do enough for you. Campsite location is great. Pitches well kept. Food truck is very handy. Good facilities.

喜欢 Our family had a lovely weekend at this campsite, all the facilities were very clean, staff are absolutely lovely so helpful and friendly.
We had breakfast from Cece food van and it was great, very clean and well prepared food.
Always staff about if we needed anything, made us feel very welcome, will definitely visit again

Pretty site with tourers and a flat camping field, electric available if required.
Facilities are excellent.
Breakfast van on a weekend for those interested.
Fire pit ordered, delivered by the owner and collected the following day.
Lovely surrounding area

Our first camping holiday in a tent.what an amazing experience we had, we went as a family of 4 which had two young children.
Pitch size was huge, we didnt feel cramped in. They offer a fire pit with everything you need for a fire for a small fee, But definitely worth it on cooler nights.
The staff was so kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Site so clean and tidy.
The location for us was great, 20 minutes average to most beaches. 10 minute drive to supermarkets (aldi, tescos, lidl, home bargains ect).

100% will be stopping here again.

喜欢 Staff very friendly and helpful especially the guy in the van (sorry didn’t get his name). This was our first time camping and the staff and site layout made it so simple. Location was perfect. Felt like you were in the middle of nowhere (which is what we wanted) yet only a short drive from the A55. Site felt safe and the shower and toilet block were always clean and tidy. Also had an accessible toilet.

喜欢 Absolutely warm welcome, very attentive to us and other campers. Was very present. Nothing was to much. Facilities was pristine. Very good atmosphere. You can rent echo friendly fire pits, they bring them to you and collect when done. Dogs are welcomed. The ice cream van visited and they offer stone bake pizzas on weekends and breakfast baps. Very well maintained field. We visit couple times a year and have always left happy and satisfied.

喜欢 Was a relative newbie to camping and the owners couldn’t have been more helpful over the weekend going above and beyond what they needed to. Facilities where all spotless and location was perfect for trips out to Dyserth, Prestatyn and Rhyl over the weekend.
