Liked Super quiet location, fantastic for star gazing on a clear night. Very friendly hosts, Angelique & Serg. Very close to Fougeres, which is a beautiful medieval town, and well worth an afternoon exploring.

Disliked Only 1 shower & toilet for the entire site which means there can be a queue for the shower/toilet. Granted there are 2 compost toilets at the bottom of the site but judging by the cobwebs I would suggest they are not used often.

Liked Good showers & toilets, cafe on site was extremely friendly & helpful. Bus service into Santiago was very good 1 Euro each way. Very laid back site. It was quite interesting to see the vast number of people on the Camino who passed by the campsite on their way into town, only 5 km to go.

Disliked The shop in the village only has basic provisions, so ensure you have enough to get you through your stay, or eat out..

Liked Good location, near Supermarket, lovely little village to walk round. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were told there were lots of children’s groups and they may be noisy, they were very respectful well behaved and silent from late evening, credit to their parents and staff supervising them.

Disliked Nothing, fitted our needs perfectly.

Liked Everything, check in, lady on reception was very friendly, helpful informative. Fresh bread & croissants delivered to the van for breakfast every morning. Showers & toilets were clean and very good. Nice calm and relaxing atmosphere, great find & very good value.

Liked Very friendly atmosphere, nice little bar, spacious pitches. Access to the most amazing beach, which was almost empty of people on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon.

Liked Superb layout, cleanest compost toilets ever, fantastic location, and we were blessed with the most amazing sunset. Highly recommended if off grid camping is your thing.

Liked Good large pitches, well served with the facilities you need, every pitch had electric water and grey waste disposal point, chemical disposal easily accessible also. Great bar and restaurant on site, booking recommended.

Liked Beautiful location, super friendly owners. Showers & toilets very clean. Very quiet site. The pizzas are amazing, they also do bacon rolls for breakfast. A good base for exploring Snowdonia.
