Tyckte om The pods were a good size, the grounds were well kept, the dog walking areas were fantastic, the pool was lovely & clean & the lifeguard/attendant was very friendly as were all the staff we met. Our son enjoyed the fishing lake. The dog wash was perfect for our sandy Cocker Spaniel!

Tyckte inte om The toilet block could use some TLC, a good clean, it was filthy but could be better & some repairs, there was a toilet seat missing during our 3 day stay, the water from the cold taps came out with such force they were pretty much unusable without getting soaked & the hot tap was so hot you couldn’t touch it, it did make it difficult to just brush your teeth & have a wash. It’s well set out & close to the pods it simply needs a bit of work..

A small fridge in the pod placed where the ikea unit is would be much better with a kettle on top, like we’ve encountered in previous pods & simply some coat hooks on the walls would be perfect!

Tyckte om The staff - everyone we met, from the chap in the café, the lady in the shop, the lifeguard and the lady and gentleman on Reception when we arrived were all amazing, lovely, friendly people.
When i booked i advised it was my sons 10th Birthday, we arrived into our POD with a birthday banner, which was so special for him - so thank you for that.
The children loved the pool, we booked in each day of our stay, lovely and clean.
Also a fantastic location to explore - we headed to West Bay, Charmouth and Lyme Regis, all very close by.

Tyckte inte om We did find a pair of pants/bikini bottoms under one of the bunk beds, which wasn't ideal, but soon got them out with the broom and into the bin.
The shower's in the toilet block were freezing also, but we soon found the family block and they were great in there.
We did buy the WIFI for 4 days but it wasn't good, wouldn't recommend.

Tyckte om Lovely site, lovely pod. Central location.

Tyckte inte om Shower and toilet block lets the site down. Needs refurbishing, needs cleaning more often and cleaned to a much better standard. Shower heads need replacing.

Tyckte om Great location 10min drive from both charmouth and lyme regis beaches

Decent pod with good views, though i suppose it depends which you get as some are more private than others

Very good pool FOC, booking in previous day morning and no issues

Shower unit hit and miss, some were very good, some had only boiling/cold water. But clean.

Tyckte om The we really liked the pod - it was clean and although basic, it had linen and bedding provided. The pool was also great and easy to book through reception.

Tyckte inte om Unfortunately, the shared toilet/washing facilities for the pods was disappointing. They were not checked and cleaned regularly, broken toilet seats, frequently out of paper and one out of service. We left 1 day early as someone had been sick in one of the cubicles and it hadn't been cleaned up 12 hours after, despite raising it with a member of staff.

Tyckte om We Love this campsite it's clean & tidy. The location is great. The staff are friendly & helpful. We have been here several times.
