Понравилось Great fully serviced pitch Fish and chip shop was stunning. Very crispy on the fish 🤩🤩

Не понравилось The shop was pretty much empty if stock, we assumed that is due to time of year???

От менеджера: Thank you for your great feedback. Yes as we come to the end of season we do get loss stock in as there can be a lost of waste unfortunately but we always try and stock the essentials.

Понравилось Lovely site, nicely privatised pitches with the hedging between and we had plenty of space Facilities looked great but apart from the immaculate toilet and shoe block we used nothing else as we were only there overnight.

Не понравилось One little comment is, we were in a fully serviced pitch but the grey water drain is and 6” about ground level, meaning our waste system wouldn’t really drain properly .

Понравилось Nice big pitches, well secluded with the hedging. We’re only there one night so didn’t use any facilities other than the showers rooms and toilets that were nice and clean

Не понравилось The fully serviced pitch grey water outlet is above ground level and as such causes a build up in the water system.

Понравилось It was a lovely friendly site. Most of the pitches were quite large which was great. We found the toilets and showers to be kept clean. The location for exploring is great Nice friendly staff too🤩

Не понравилось Toilet roll often had run out in the ladies as had the hand wash soaps. The push button showers are always a bugbear but you can understand why they are used.

Понравилось It’s a lovely spot and we love the hedges giving privacy between each unit. The pub was great too, a slightly limited menu, but that meant everything was very well executed.

Не понравилось The toilet and shower block smelt horrible the whole weekend, the stink extends down the whole park if the wind is the wrong direction, please fix this, other guests commented to us how awful this was, especially the glampers. There is only one toilet for each gender and that really isn’t enough when you’re that busy. The fully serviced pitches need putting right, ourselves and our caravan neighbours were unable to use the grey water drainage as the grate is higher by about 30cm than ground level. Showers etc just won’t drain at that height!!

Понравилось Nice quiet location, lovely pub at the top of the entrance car park. Although basic it’s everything you could need.

Понравилось The location is perfect for all of the beautiful south Cornwall beaches and attractions. Lovely peaceful site with a little shop on site and a Londis and an amazing farm shop only a very short distance away. We WILL be back

Не понравилось Massive Police presents on Saturday night, booking stated strictly no digs and there were loads, and toilet washing facilities needed more cleaning during the busy period and we were all very crammed in with very little car parking space and caravan space.

От менеджера: Thankyou very much for taking the time to write a review, they truly help us find areas in which we can improve. Unfortunately during your stay we had a very large group on site who were causing trouble and mess, resulting in the large police presence you mention. Again we can only apologise for the issues on Saturday evening. A member of a large group assaulted an 85 year old woman after several other complaints throughout the day, the group refused to leave the park and the police had to intervene and eventually removed the group from the park. This is the only incident of this kind that we have ever had and hopefully will be the last! With thanks, Wayne
