Gostou The swimming pool, friendly staff club house was great and had everything we needed

Não gostou Shower blocks were filthy and quite dated, the kids Park needs some work but with 3 members of staff i think the guys are doing the best they can, some lovely kids with very savioury language were left to do as they please right up until 2am when quiet down time is half 10 was annoying for many

Gostou Loved our stay we was given a lovely pitch with all the amenities in close proximity even had some shade from the trees which was very welcome food was lovely at the hoy club great entertainment, beautiful beach aswell with a shop for essentials on site aswell perfect location would highly recommend

Do gerente: Thank you for your review Craig. We are glad you found everything clean, that has been a challenge this weekend so it's nice when our customers mention that. We are however a bit disappointed that you have marked us down on something that isn't really in our control. Every time a customer does this, our review score goes down and it takes an awful lot of 10/10 reviews to get it back up again. We can't control the weather, aeroplanes flying over or grumpy people. Having said that, if our customers are experiencing abuse from other customers, please come and find one of us straight away. We don't like that. We do understand that you are angry and agree some customers should go to an adults only site. I do myself spend hours going through every booking trying to put our customers on the correct pitch for their needs and separating the children from the adults is one of the first things I take into consideration. Obviously children are not going to stay on their pitch and unfortunately, there are always going to be grumpy people in this world, especially when the weather is this hot. We hope that this doesn't put you off from coming back, we would love to see you again. The Oak View Team 😊
