Não gostou Quite a lot , stayed last week , no greeting off anyone at all throughout the whole stay of 6 days no information about the site or area , just a grumpy bloke think the owner after 4 days telling us not to park the car where it had been for the entire time ! Very abrupt no introduction . Elsan point you need a strong stomach overflowing each morning getting worse each day ! Bins overflowing each day . I feel the owners need to focus on the amount of people on the site and get things emptied more frequent when needed instead of cutting corners at busy times Unfortunately they say dog freindly but nowhere to exercise your pet off the lead although there is so much empty land around the site , a designated dog run would be very useful for every dog owner ,and it takes up only a small space , we have to pay for pets like people let them have some freedom cant be kept on a lead 24 / 7 they arnt at home .

Gostou Level clean tarmac pitches and spacious

Não gostou Was issue getting awning pegged down next to the hardstanding tarmac pitch , and i got a puncture ,a huge screw in my tyre onsite causing a flat . Whilst walking around I found 2 more metal objects on the roadways around the site , watch your tyres folks not a easy fix when you are towing a caravan

Gostou Toilet block , site was clean

Não gostou Customer service from the owner of the site im pressuming who runs the pub aswel , a smile and a plesant welcome would help! Food was not very good either which im surprised as the reviews where good for food , my wife sent hers back to receive the same dish back , ended refusing to pay for it , no apology!

Do gerente: Thanks for taking the time to review your recent visit, im sorry you have been unhappy with your visit, as you state, we are very proud of our reputation for food, we were very happy to replace the items that you were dissatisfied with and when we returned to check if they met your expectations you told us the fish and chips we replaced was fine and we removed the onion rings from your bill, im sorry that you felt that some of our team less than helpful.

Gostou Owners very helpful and freindly , nothing to much trouble , level large pitches ,

Não gostou We asked to be pitched together when booking , but unfortunately when we arrived we wasn't until the following day meaning resetting up again . Was a bit of a problem but when staying for a week it was worth the hassle . Bit of road noise but no big deal
