Do gerente: Thank you for your review. We apologize that it was not clear where to dispose of grey water; we have a designated area for this near the campsite exit. The airport predates us, and unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about the noise, though we fully understand that it can be a nuisance. The restaurant is located in the center of our grounds and is not part of the golf facilities; our dining services are intended for all guests who find their way to 't Caves.

Gostou Above average and thats ok. Toilets multi-sex which is odd, but clean.

Não gostou On one of the nights some campers decided to let of fireworks at 2am and then clap and cheer. I can appreciate this was a one off.

Gostou Jose is absolutely wonderful, funny and helpful.
Pitches are a great size.
EHU and water very close to our pitch (no 20)
Toilets, showers and wash room very clean.
Washing machine €5 for a token and dryer €2
Lovely golf course and driving range on site with clubs available for hire. Bar and restaurant on site but we didn't eat there.
Booked for 3 nights but added another night.
Free Wi-Fi
People staying at the site are very friendly.
Eindhoven airport a stones throw away but that didn't bother us.
2 bars and a Co-op in the village 5 minutes cycle ride from site.

Não gostou Girls serving in the bar need a lesson on how to smile. Had a chipped glass rim, took it back to the bar and the girl went to tip the drink into another glass until my husband told her, no as glass may be in the drink! Hence 9/10

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive our usual level of service in the hospitality area; smiles and customer friendliness are very important to us. You are quite right: a drink should not simply be poured into a different glass; a fresh one should be prepared instead. I will look into this and explain that this is not the proper procedure.

Gostou What a fabulous site. Great pitch with some shade (it was 30+ degrees) great facilities (showers, toilets & washing machine)
On site bar and cafe.
Short walk to supermarket (coop) and bus to Eindhoven.

Very helpful lady on reception who made us feel very welcome

Gostou Tolle Sanitäre Anlage top top sauber, sehr nettes personal egal wo ob es Rezeption, Restaurant oder Golfanlage war alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kommen gerne wieder.

Gostou Tucked away in rural setting yet good access to days.put like Efteling
Lovely to walk to nearest villages through the corn fields!
Facilities were simple but very clean and did exactly what was needed
Efficient and friendly check in and out experience

Gostou The place has a lot of trees so enough shadow. Toilets are ok. Nice Lady at the Reception.

Não gostou The 19th hole restaurant is not to recommend. The food was really not good.

We would have appreciated hearing about this right away, so we could have prepared it again for you. Something may have gone wrong in the kitchen—which is certainly not our intention—but we are all human and do make mistakes from time to time. Perhaps we could offer you a dinner should you visit our campsite again.
