The Barn Caravan Park

Polubione The Barn is a great location perfect size campsite well maintained and in an oval with park in the middle so I could watch my kids.
It was shaded on a lot of the plots and had some nice views.
The showers were awesome, proper showers, hot water and loads of space toilets were the same.
The club house wasn’t really open as it was the end of the season and not many people around, but we had hot drinks, beers and ice cream and it was really well priced.
Next year I would like to go for longer as in the direct area, walking distance or bus/train there is all we’d need for a couple of weeks of fun.
The people we met were all lovely and seemed to be repeat and loyal customers.
The site was quiet at night also in the day to with some kids playing together in the middle of the field.

Polubione Great location and friendly staff. The site is well looked after.

Polubione The size was great, we could keep an eye on the kids in the playground which was in the middle of the pitches.
The showers and toilets were clean.
Joe, the owner, was friendly and helpful; when we had an issue with a faulty drain in the shower, he fixed it straight away.
The location was fab for trips into Brighton.

Polubione Great playground in the middle of the site.
Very well maintained site.
Very friendly site owner - really helpful.
Great location - near to supermarket & beach.
Lots of hot water for showering, nice spacious showers.

Niepolubione Although the shower cubicles are spacious, it’s a bit awkward to get dressed inside the cubicle. No where to put dry clothes inside the cubicle without risking getting them wet.

Polubione Great location for beach, South Downs and easy to get to Brighton. Site had everything we needed and loved the music in the showers - luckily for the other campers I didn’t sing along 😉

Polubione Good location with easy bus routes to Worthing or Brighton. All amenities very well kept and clean. Friendly welcome too.

Polubione Nice small friendly site, close to beach and shops. Good clean facilities

Niepolubione Just someone came to a dog friendly campsite and was scared of dogs so kept moaning about dogs on a long leash…. Not the owners fault.
There were a lot of mozzies in summer so be prepared with spray and you’ll be fine

Polubione Lovely clean site, excellent toilets/ shower/ washing up facilities. We only used the cafe once, but the iced Latte were lovely and very welcome after a 4 hour drive!

The music playing in the toilet/shower block was a lovely touch.

Very spacious pitches and lots of space on site overall .

Very close to the beach and sea and a few minutes drive from Asda.

Polubione This was our first camping experience for us as a family (2x children aged 6 and 8), and we had a fantastic time.
The Campsite was so clean, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The amenities were brilliant, and the little cafe was very handy for ice creams for the little ones! It is short walk to the seafront and there are various shops close by should you need supplies.
There is an airfield close by, but we were never really bothered by the noise at all. Just a brilliant experience all round, would definitely recommend this campsite!
