Ik was blij met A great place to stay - it’s nice to camp on the corner of a working farm. Wonderful facilities, friendly staff and great pitches. I read the reviews before booking and cant believe how anyone would score this less than 8/10 on any aspect. I saw one negative review and decided to ignore it, and was right to do so… I stayed one night and couldn’t fault the place. The owners provide honesty boxes for essentials, maintain spotless showers and toilets and create a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve been on a few campsites over the years and for the price, this rates right up there. Margot the third generation owner was lovely, after I checked-in she came over to make sure things were OK. I’ll certainly stick this on my list of places to return.

Ik was blij met Very accommodating - we arrived late and they were very helpful. Clean toilets. Handy little shared kitchen. Well place for an overnight stop over. Tasty bakery items in the morning

We are genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our campsite is a small family-run business that we maintain daily throughout the year, with a great deal of time, energy and care. We put a lot of heart into keeping the site welcoming and pleasant for our guests with plenty of details.

Your rating of 1/10 for the facilities and 5/10 for cleanliness is particularly surprising to us. These scores are very different from the overall feedback we normally receive, which is overwhelmingly positive and often highlights the care we put into maintaining the campsite, its cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere and the quality of our welcome.

The recent photographs of the campsite available on the platform also allow everyone to see for themselves the care and attention we put into maintaining the site, its grounds, flower beds and facilities on a daily basis.

We fully respect the fact that every guest may have different expectations. Nevertheless, we regret that our family campsite, which we maintain with so much dedication and love, did not meet yours.

Ik was blij met A very quiet campsite on the edge of a working farm. Ideal for exploring Peronne, Albert and the Somme battlefields & Cemeteries.
Fantastic pain au chocolate and croissants available daily.

Ik was niet blij met No handbasins in the WC's. A minor inconvenience as you need to leave the toilet and go to a shower cubicle or the common room to wash your hands.
Other than that, there was nothing else we disliked.

Ik was blij met Sehr unkompliziert und sehr sehr freundlich waren nur über Nacht dort wie es tagsüber ausschaut kann ich nicht bewerten aber es machte einen guten Eindruck.

Ik was niet blij met Die Sanitären Anlagen dürften besser sein aber für eine Nacht ausreichend 👍🏻

Ik was blij met We lived the site. Arrived and the office is in The yard. We were able to pick our own pitch but they were all similar, flat and bushes for privacy. The facilities were very clean and tidy with all the amenities.

Ik was blij met What a find. Spacious pitch. Immaculate toilet/ shower facilities. Great spot for last night before heading for Calais. Would definitely recommend.
