Me gustó We did make a couple of friends

No me gustó The campsite itself was lovely, and we met some really nice people during our stay. Unfortunately, our plot was right next to the access point to the boat area, meaning that everyone using the boats, as well as other people using the campsite, had to walk directly past us. This wasn’t an issue at first, but it became increasingly disruptive when people started gathering and waiting on our plot for their friends or family, standing there smoking and dropping cigarette ends on the ground. We also found it difficult when people came over to clean their boats while we were eating. They would fill buckets with water right next to our pitch and chat, while young children were using water pistols and spraying the adults, sometimes while we were sitting down having our meals. We completely understand that the boat area needs to be accessible, but we feel that some form of fence, hedge or other barrier between the access path and the pitches would make a huge difference. It would provide some much-needed privacy and help make guests’ stays more peaceful and enjoyable. The washrooms, although kept clean, have definitely seen better days. The shower trays are cracked, and the water temperature is extremely inconsistent—it can come out red hot, stone cold, or warm, changing without warning. Overall, we enjoyed the campsite, but addressing this particular issue would significantly improve the experience for anyone staying on those pitches.

No me gustó I was told on the phone my plot number and then just told to park anywhere. The facilities were dirty, smelt and the floors felt like they were going to give way as you walk on them. We found a nice new shower block as we left, if someone met us we would have known it was there and been able to use it

Me gustó When we arrived we had a nice welcome and the staff had found us a nice quite shaded spot, which we had asked for It was a quite and the people were very friendly
