No me gustó Grounds not maintained, pitches nor level, wifi dos not reach caravans, shop not open enough small selection of goods, no real shops neat site, no food outlets. No pubs

Del administrador: Thank you for your review The shower and toilet block has been newly renovated and is only 4 months old, so i am unsure as to how you can say the facilities are dated as they are brand new WIFI is available down by reception and is free for guests to use The shop is open from 9am - 7pm Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm Sunday We have a sign on the door which advises guests to ring the telephone number if you require the shop, all guests are also advised this upon arrival The nearest pub is 1 mile down the road, we provide all this information on site which is accessible 24/7 If you had asked me regarding any of this i would have been able to assist you, however i provided all this information to you on check in Thank you Rachael

Me gustó Fab pitches facilities excellent pool immaculate food reasonable prices excellent quality club house grounds excellent check in efficient and friendly easy to get to site fees reasonable fee wifi is a nice touch loads of shower areas maintained really well

No me gustó The grounds around pitches needs regular grass cutting. Planters in fire breaks makes manoeuvring large caravans difficult if pitch adjacent occupied. Patio area around club house dangerously slippy in wet wifi unstable and interminent on pitch

No me gustó .needed to be advertised that showers are 50p and Internet is additional charge even if they are reasonable costs people need to be prepared. Would have liked more interaction from site owners better welcome pack the spa was not available on our visit whi j was disappointing

No me gustó Wifi cost excessive 14 pounds 3 days really expensive laundry 5 pound 20 mins most expensive we have come across on tour. Food average in bar noisy club house still shouting on site at 2 am access into site would benefit from dedicated caravan car places not able to layover when booking in toilets and showers need refurbishment very poor conditio

Me gustó Excellent reception staff fabulously maintained well set out brilliantly clean showers and toilets . Well designed waste area immaculate landscaping and access roads very secure height resting tion barrier at night a nice touch. Laundry excellent

As Gloucestershire Airport is close by, there can occasionally be periods of increased activity, particularly at weekends, although many guests enjoy watching the aircraft come and go. No me gustó Pitches smaller than expected for twin axel grounds a like unkempt electric hook ups limited more of a camping site. Sometimes noisy because it's a working farm
