Me gustó Stunning sea view on a vast site and we were only camped at the top of field 2... Owner friendly on arrival and the showers and toilets were fine. Fridge and freezer were quite full (another camper told us they were not normally that bad) and it was a good walk to the local beach for the sunset both evenings.

No me gustó Wifi only in top field during our stay - but lovely to have it given very limited phone signal.

Me gustó Lovely small site with basic facilities in a valley. Showers and toilets were good and the freezer for our ice packs was a great addition. We saw the eclipse and shooting stars on the same night. Owner came round in the evening and was friendly but judged it well and stayed for a short chat only, giving us local information as was required.

Me gustó Great small site in a good location with a fab toilet block - looks like new and even laundry facilities. Would have been good to have some phone charging facilities but the WiFi was a bonus.

Me gustó Lovely site with a slope with free range camping in the field and the owner showed me a flat spot to park my motorbike. Beautiful views and great sunsets located within walking distance (a couple of miles) of Hadrian's wall. Good shower and toilets and a fridge for guest use.

Me gustó My second visit and the new shed by camping is an added bonus. Good basic camping with a few extras (kettle etc.) a short walk away by the shower and toilet. Nice little site with a very slight slope with trees around for shade, plenty of picnic benches and fire pits.

Me gustó Beautiful spot and good facilities. Owner friendly and showed me around and after set up I walked down to the sea. Nice to have use of a kettle. Despite it's remote location I had a good phone signal.

No me gustó Sign at top of track difficult to read at first - look harder it's worth it!

Me gustó Lovely little site attached to a good pub and brewery with friendly staff (and a lovely cider). Facilities are basic but adequate (note no showers). Perfect location as I was travelling north on a road trip.

Me gustó Great spot with good facilities and very helpful owners. View of two mountains from the site and close to the viaduct. WiFi in the barn.

No me gustó Only two showers at the moment, wasn't a problem for us but if the site was busy you might need to queue.

Me gustó Big site about an hour from the ferry. Staff were efficient and friendly and gave me a quick tour and choice of pitch plus undercover motorcycle parking! Bathroom facilities were good as was a nice kitchen-eating area

Me gustó A quirky little site in the hills, the owner gave a warm welcome and allowed me to choose my own pitch. Simple but effective organisation (great clear recycling) and a lovely old building for the bathroom facilities.

Me gustó Lovely site by the river with a good cafe and bar. Friendly greeting on arrival and good grass pitches. Facilities are ok, views are great and the dog is very friendly.

Me gustó Lovely site, so peaceful and fantastic facilities and very welcoming staff. Water points and bins everywhere and the trees are fabulous.

Me gustó Nice bar and cafe on site and owners were friendly. Facilities were ok. Short walk to take away pizza and into town.

No me gustó Pitch could be described as earth and gravel - normal given the climate. Great if your in a motorhome but not so good for tents.

Me gustó Pleasant open pitches around the site with fair sandy soil. Staff were helpful translating on their phones to help due to my poor French. Great toilet block.

No me gustó Massive thunderstorm that poured gallons of water onto my tent most of the evening .

Me gustó Nice large pitch between hedges with a picnic bench all to myself. Facilities were good and plenty of water taps on site. Local bar was welcoming and served a nice cider.

Me gustó Nice site with basic facilities and plenty of trees well positioned for a journey down France. I was given a warm welcome on arrival and a choice of where to pitch.
