Me gustó What a lovely little gem of a campsite! We were looking for a quiet, friendly, family-run site and this place was exactly what we hoped for. From the moment we arrived, the owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

The site has everything you could want for a comfortable stay, including a reception and little shop for essentials, clean and hot showers and toilets, hairdryers, a washing-up area, waste disposal and a small playground. There are both electric and non-electric pitches, with some pitches also having picnic tables.

There’s a really useful washroom with washing machines, a dryer and ironing facilities, plus a lovely indoor area with comfy sofas, free Wi-Fi, mobile charging points and plenty of leaflets for ideas of days out.

We also loved the fact that a food van visits the site selling pizzas and chippy food — perfect when you don’t fancy cooking! There’s a farm shop just a short drive away, and the village is only about a 5-minute walk, with a pub, café and Londis shop.

The wildlife was an added bonus. We spotted a swallow’s nest with chicks and watched their mum feeding them, as well as lots of colourful butterflies and rabbits. It really added to the peaceful, countryside feel of the site.

A wonderful little campsite with genuinely friendly people, great facilities and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We would happily return and would definitely recommend it to families or anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay. ❤️🏕️

Me gustó Lovely peaceful campsite with plenty of space to relax, all the facilities you need and friendly helpful staff. Great location for exploring the South of Cornwall and St Buryan's is a lovely little village, definitely looking forward to staying again in the future.

No me gustó Only slight improvement I can think of would be a better quality freezer for freezer blocks, put them in overnight every night and they didn't fully freeze making it a bit tricky to keep food fresh in the hot weather

Me gustó Well maintained site, very clean and all the facilities you could need for camping. Staff were all very friendly too. Loved the wildlife on site too and spotted some lovely birds, wild hares, and toads.

Thanks guys for a great stay!

P.s short driving distance/close to all local attractions too!

Me gustó Brilliant campsite,
Well set out facilities, showers that were installed properly and then cleaned and maintained regularly,
These small but important details make all the difference when you’re camping, having a seat to sit on while you’re dressing means you can dry your feet before putting your socks on, there were three double hooks so you can hang all your clothes to keep them dry while you shower without the risk of them falling off, a proper non slip shower tray,
A push tap shower that stays on for just the right time,
Free to use, none of that messing about with 50p pieces,
Water was nice and warm.
And that’s just the showers!

Five sinks for washing up with a little rain shelter, again, hot running water, and get this, a plug!
A tidy set up with labelled bins for food waste and trash


Inside, When I was brushing my teeth the guy at the sink next to me gave the sink a clean after having a wash,
turns out when you give people the respect of providing nice facilities, they respect it and return the favour


We pitched two small tents so probably about 24 tent pegs, didn’t hit one stone! Flat level grass
Me and my daughter lay on the grass one night and watched the meteors and satellites, ground was flat and comfortable
These are easily overlooked details but make a significant difference

It wasn’t over crowded, there was plenty of of space, and the good vibes seemed to rub off cos everyone seemed really friendly.

I spent a long time watching swallows flying low and fast over the fields and bringing insects back up to their nest,
This will be their second brood so these are birds with a good food supply, well managed bit of land.

Genuinely one of the best campsites I’ve stayed at.

Me gustó Staff were friendly the site was really clean, the activity playground was enough for the kids. Additional food options available by brining in independent companies on certain nights during peak season. Nothing to dislike the toilets and shower area is a little dated but they were always clean and the shower pressure was good
