Power optional grass and gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked Big pitches, pool was lovely and well kept.
The local town was lovely and a great place to visit.
Disliked There is no privacy between the pitches. It’s like a big carpark that has been divided up. Because of this it is very noisy at night.
The ground is very hard so difficult to get pegs in it.
Toilet/shower block was often very dirty. Cleaned in the mornings but not maintained during the day.

Liked Lovely site, owners were very friendly. Spaces felt private with all the bushes around the site.
Toilet/shower block was very tidy with good wash up area. There was a child friendly cubicle with baby bath/changing mat/ child toilet and sink which I thought was a lovely idea!
Great entertainment for children, there was a bouncy castle which was a bit hit! Swimming pool was really well kept and clean.
Pastries/rolls that can be ordered for the next day were delicious!
We loved it so much we stayed there twice during our holiday in France.

Liked Lovely campsite. Owners were very friendly.
Disliked There was only one toilet/shower for the campsite. Neither had a physical door on it just a curtain. It was also next to the cooker in the kitchen.

Liked Nice views of the Seine and the boats passing from some areas of the campsite. Very nice trampoline on site for the kids.
Really amazing watersports park nearby. Base de Loisirs, would definitely recommend only an 8 minute drive from this campsite.
Disliked Toilets weren’t very clean and the sinks were in a separate building to the toilets.

Liked Lovely campsite, nice play area for kids and bouncy castle. Food trucks were on site most nights with nice food.
Staff were very friendly. Very close walk to a local nature park but you do need to pay to enter it.
Disliked There was often no toilet paper in the bathrooms and there was no hand soap. There was also no toilet seats on any of the toilets.

Liked It was a convenient stop on the way to LeShuttle.
Pitches were nice and big
Disliked There was only one female toilet and two portaloos. The toilet was very small and because the door was left open it was all wet. The men’s toilets were bigger but the doors either wouldn’t close or wouldn’t lock.
Google maps brings you down a small lane that has a ford. Not suitable for most campers, the lady who owns it did kindly give us different directions.

From the manager: Thank you for your review. We’re sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay with us. We apologise for the water in the ladies’ loo. Unfortunately, we had torrential rain on the day of your visit which did leave a bit of a mess. The issues with the mens’ loo were brought to our attention over the weekend and we have fixed the locks. The directions given by Google are beyond our control, which is why we flag this issue up in two places on our entry. For the avoidance of further doubt, we would advise guests that when Google Maps instructs you to drive through a ford, you should ignore this advice. Please read the directions provided and the signs located by the ford itself if you have inadvertently driven up the wrong road.

Powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Lovely campsite, facilities were very clean and campsite was well maintained.
There is a lovely cafe on site and plant nursery open Thursday to Sunday. Food was very tasty there. They offer light bites (sausage rolls, scones, soup, etc)
Toilets are individual wet rooms. They are very nice.
Disliked The shower temperature cannot be adjusted if you don’t like a very warm shower. It was almost in the too hot side for my daughter. As the bathrooms are wet room style after someone has a shower the whole room is covered in water if they don’t clean up after themselves properly.

Liked The campsite was very well looked after. Grass wasn’t too high and the facilities were clean. Extras were left in the female toilet e.g tampons which was a lovely touch.
The camping plots are a very generous size, we stayed in the electric hook up, which had a road on the other side of the hedge but you couldn’t hear any cars during the night.

Liked The view was absolutely stunning. We stayed in the electric set up and could see views of the reservoir from our pitch.
The facilities were good.
Food was available to order from the cafe which was really tasty and reasonably priced.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked The showers weren’t very private. It was a row of shower cubicles with just a shower curtain at the entrance. Poor signal due to the location of the campsite but Wi-Fi is available at the cafe.
