Admission

• At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

• Bookings must not be for more than 28 consecutive nights.

Safety

• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.

Hired accommodation

• Guests must bring their own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels when staying in rental accommodation. You will not be allowed to stay if you do not bring these items.

Admission

• Guests under the age of 1 are not allowed on site.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £100.00 ($187.84) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.
• Hired accommodation: £100.00 ($187.84) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Main house.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a £10.00 ($18.78) fee.

Extras

• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorcycles at the site. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No electric barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

General

• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 10 p.m.} and 7:30 a.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between 9 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• Refunds within the indicated cancelation period are only possible if the park is able to relet your unit/site.

Safety

• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

• The park will send you further check-in information 1 day(s) before your arrival.

Reception

• There is no reception building on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £25.00 ($46.96) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
