Liked Nothing rude staff who are just in it for the money my autistic son was sat on by 5 boys who wouldn't get off him till is dad shouted at them then they knew where are tent was and kicked balls at our tent and then punched it this at gone 12 at night where most kids are suppose to be in the tents for quiet time. Out of respect for other people the day after my son and daughter who is also autistic called me to say our son had been pushed to the ground I went round there and our son thought he tripped 2 other ladies with autistic children said he didn't trip he was pushed from behind she asked the boy who was laughing was the dirty owners son she asked him if he would like her to push him he walked off to the lady saying your not laughing now are you.. I went to reception the next morning to complain about what's happened to my son and kids kicking balls and punching our tent seeing as they had cameras the woman said I will get back to you they never did as we worked out it was the owners children doing it we woke up to a whole in our tent we still had 4 other nights on this site and 5 on another site so we asked for a refund as we wasn't going to buy another tent we were refused our refund I was told you booked it with pitch up argue the toss with them.. I was told that people had complained about me and my husband saying a few swear words like that's a storm coming that's a bad fucking day look at our bloody tent has a hole in it. But if your buying their expensive food and alcohol you can swear to your hearts content.. No one complains about that. I heard 1 dad tell his son to fuckoff cause he was laughing and drinking and felt his son was annoying him... I was told by the owner that she couldn't do anything about the wind as it's Cornwall it gets windy not helpful what's so ever. Only wanted peoples money very rude staff locked my daughter in the toilet with keys she called me from the bathroom having a panic attack.. The owners kid even took my sons scooter from outside our tent but then again they were seen jumping onto the big bins to take out toys that people had used for their holidays and threw away as going home. I was seen on camera talking to the boy who robbed my sons scooter as we bought it for him I had evrey bloody right to they charged my husband £9 for 4 cans of coke.. With the robbery they are doing they should of been able to afford a scooter for the tramp from the bins people were saying do them kids know what soap and water was as it didn't look like they did

Disliked Everything. When we left on the radio it came through that there was a storm callam. We knew it was a storm as tents had holes in the roofs poles had broken on other tents as people had gone off for the day but the staff did not even contact the other people to say their tents were broke and by law it's your company's job to make sure your customers are safe on your land the owner and another person did not come outside off the office

Liked Nothing reception rude they buy crisps in 6 packs and sell single for £2.50.. My husband bought 4 cans of coke charged just under £9.00 charge you for a kids meal of mash potato and peas with curry £8.00 but the owners can't afford a scooter and their tramp kids stole my autistic sons scooter. Not only that assaulted him to the point a mother of 2 autistic children told them to leave him alone. Another time my husband found the dirty tramps on top of my son 5 of them holding him down and and trying to break his toys. Complained to the office asked if they could check their camaras was told they would get back to me of course they didn't as it was owners children they kicked balls at our tent punched our tent to make our assistance dog bark.. Can charge people the earth for drinks and food but can't afford a scooter for their bullying trampy children didn't want to give us the refund back for our last 4 nights so the money you are keeping from us keep it and remember we bought your kid a scooter cause you couldn't with the all the expensive money your charging for can of coke and we got pictures to show of the owners kids riflling through bins and takeing what people are throwing away. They have people details while we were packing our car to leave as we had to because our tent ripped with the wind we were told argue the toss with pitch up as you paid through a 3rd party but other people who have gone off site their tents are ripped to pieces but they don't know yet but a decent person would contact the people to let them know to come back and try and save it seeing as children have to sleep in them but these people couldn't give a crap they got your money so basically deal with it I have been booking campsites with pitch up since 2019 never experienced this behaviour from a campsite in my life so if you don't want your kids beat up or any toys you buy them not to be broken or your kids scooters or bikes stolen avoid this shit hole I would rather go and stay on a traveller site than that campsite the dirty owner didn't even have the decency to bring my sons scooter back got another worker to do it yeah so you should you nasty person and to see what the owner lives in and the ground full of everyone's rubbish her kids steal out the bins

Liked Evreything Judith is such a lovely lady makes everyone feel welcome very clean amenities lovely food van and shop and breakfast van and even when you leave Judith checks that your stay was OK and says goodbye

Liked Campsite is lovely staff in reception and bar very welcoming and helpful. All amenities very clean and tidy.. Will definitely be returning.

Disliked Only issue we had is the people at the camp pitch near the park thought it was. Just for them numerous times kids were hitting and bullying my autistic son so my daughter who's older and also autistic went with him to the park she rang me to say boys on bikes surrounded him and I went to get him and when I arrived he was forced up against the fence and he couldn't move because they blocked him with bikes. I told them to leave him alone and was slapped in my face by 1 of the boys bigger cousin who was 16 I didn't hit her back then her drunk dad came over and was swearing at my 14 Yr old autistic daughter because she was videoing.. What happened and the dad was in her face.. They didn't even make her apologise for what she did just drunk parents letting their kids do what they want

Disliked Dirty showers and toilets. No one there when we arrived to show us where to go the laundry was on a building site. Noisey drunk camp next to us kept my 2 disabled kids awake

From the manager: sorry maria you did not like your stay , depending on what time you arrived, as we are not open 24 hrs, but you would have had a call and a welcome pack left out, with a map in it!! laundry is at the top of the site, and all sign posted. noisey drunk camp? you should have reported them to reception , we never had any one say about the noise, i am sorry it kept your children awake .

Liked play area for the kids

Disliked how we were treated at the swimming pool with our autistic son with his assisstance dog we were told to leave even thou the brochure said assisstance dog can go anywhere on site ... and how just cause you may own a caravan on site your given priorty over all paying customers. which is unfair. cause my husband played a game in the clubhouse with our disabled son.. and even thou they won . the person next to them got told they won so my husband said the sites judgemental on a dad with tattoos and a disabled child which is wrong
