Em va agradar Wow! Best week here ever. We came as first timers to Holland (from the UK) and found this site on pitch up. Reception staff were so helpful and kind at all times - a real asset to the company. The site is brilliant for children; we have a 2 year old and a 9 year old and there was plenty for each age group to do! Everything was easily booked, no faff of pre-booking months in advance like some UK sites. We enjoyed paint balling, water festivals, glow in the dark discos and regular train rides. More activities included crafts and a very large go-ape style climbing frame. The bike hire was easy and reasonably priced, with plenty of bike tracks near by, through the national forest, and a great little bike track is in the centre for them to enjoy whilst you enjoy an evening drink & snack. The pizzas were totally delicious and the morning bakery selection will stay engrained in our memories forever - yum! Loads of on-site activities (most included in price) and a great splash pad and massive pool a short walk through the trees. The pool really was breathtaking - a great little find. The facilities themselves (toilets and showers etc) were always clean and modern. They had family change rooms and plenty of facilities dotted around the campsite which meant each block never felt too busy. The pitch itself was gorgeous - very clean, little play park in the middle of each camp field and a great, wholesome feel. Short walking distance to main park/ facilities meant that our 9 year old could have some more independence that he so regularly craves! Honestly, we will be back next year. We had the BEST holiday ever and can’t believe it wasn’t more popular with UK residents.

Em va agradar Gorgeous campsite. A real “off-grid” feeling. The entire site felt so secluded but safe and happy at the same time, which was excellent with children. The lack of wifi and phone signal was actually refreshing and helped us reconnect! We loved the compositing toilets and pizza ovens. The toilets were continuously checked and appeared clean on every use, with restocked sawdust etc. You also cannot beat the scenery; we all felt very recharged from the nature. The lady running things was also lovely and very helpful at all times. It was also in a great location and we were able to explore everywhere that we intended to. The campsite itself also offered ample areas to explore nature and walk around. Again, we felt this was brilliant for children. Had the weather been slightly better, we would have used this to our advantage for an evening adventure in pjs after dinner. Despite very poor weather and cutting our trip short, we loved this campsite so much and will definitely return to use the facilities and location offered, to their full potential!
