No em va agradar Pitch was smaller than advertised on booking. Electricity box was far and water was not on pitch. This wasn't made clear on checking in.

Del gerent: Thank you for your stay on our campsite, we are sorry about your disapointment. You mentioned with your booking having a tente 3ml x 3ml, staying for 3 nights. We thought you had a nice and private little pitch, 8ml x 10ml, with shade, and a space opposite if you wanted to park your car there. Indeed, we never say you can find water on the pitch, your nearer tap was 20ml near and sometime the electricity box is a little away as well IF electric cable to short to reach, please let us know so we can help. No em va agradar Although there were plenty of poolside chairs they filled very quickly but I appreciate there isn't the space for any more.

No em va agradar We asked for a quiet pitch if possible. We got a Rock band who started playing close to our pitch about 8.30-9pm. Good band if thats what you want but we have young children who couldnt go to sleep and we had to be up early to catch the ferry.

Del gerent: We are sorry the Music Band disturbed you on the 1 night you stayed. It is summer time when people like a little bit of entertainment and the music stopped at 22.45. By 23.00 it was silence on site. You give 6/10 for Children friendliness, but our site is a paradise for children, safe, with space everywhere and organised activities. We have so many families staying and returning every year with their children. Sorry again. Patrice L.

Em va agradar We had a great stay at L’Etang des Haizes! The site is lovely with fantastic, modern and clean, facilities. The kids loved the pool and activities on site. The staff were great, so friendly and always helpful. The toilets were always spotless and the family toilet/shower room was really useful for our little kids.

No em va agradar It would have been useful to have a little shop on site with basic food items

There were a couple of nights of live music, which we really loved but some might find it a bit loud if trying to put little ones to bed early.

While we found our pitch was a good size for us, the site did feel crowded at times. pitches are reasonably close to each other and every pitch was quite full of cars, caravans and tents. This wasn’t a problem for us - we came here for the vibes and we weren’t expecting a field to ourselves. if you want all the great facilities, you need enough people to support them. But if you like the kind of camping without people, then this may not be for you. Overall we had a great time and will definitely return.

Em va agradar Everything. Fantastic site. Lovely friendly staff. Plenty of toilets, showers and washing up facilities, which were impeccably kept. Pool was fantastic fun with the slides, again very clean and well looked after. The lake was beautiful and there was an option to rent a pedalo for €4. Pitch was a good, and beautifully positioned with a view of the lake. There are other places to park the car if you need more space. The campsite is perfect for young and older children, with table tennis tables, a friendly bar with ice cream and local drinks and two play areas. The town is a short 15 min walk away and has multiple bakers and butchers. Lovely market on a Wednesday with plenty of fresh local produce. Closest Intermarché is 3 min drive. Couldn’t rate this campsite enough. We will look forward to coming back!
